Slow Cooker Sausage & Pepper Supper

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Mountain View Cajun Andouille Sausage
  • 1 – Red Pepper, Sliced
  • 1 – Green Pepper, Sliced
  • 1 – Yellow Pepper, Sliced
  • 1 – Onion, Sliced
  • 2 – 15 oz. cans of tomatoes, Diced
  • 2 – Tbsp. Onion and Garlic Seasoning
  • 4 – Cloves Garlic, Minced

 

Directions

Place all of the ingredients into a freezer bag and freeze.

When ready to cook, place the thawed ingredients in a slow cooker on low heat for 4 hours.

Serve over steamed rice or your choice of pasta.
