Ingredients:
- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1-2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- Mountain View Meats Hot Links
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp chopped chives
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Wash, dry, and pierce the potatoes all over with a fork
- Place the potatoes on a baking sheet
- Rub them with oil and sprinkle with salt
- Bake about 1 hour, until cooked through and soft in the center
- Slice the hot links and pan fry them until heated through
- Cut a slit in the top of each potato and pinch them to open
- Add butter to each potato then mix and fluff the insides
- Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, hot links and chives
- Enjoy!
