Loaded Baked Potatoes

A loaded baked potato topped with cheese, butter, sour cream, chives, and Mountain View hot links

Ingredients:

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1-2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • Mountain View Meats Hot Links
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp chopped chives

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Wash, dry, and pierce the potatoes all over with a fork
  3. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet
  4. Rub them with oil and sprinkle with salt
  5. Bake about 1 hour, until cooked through and soft in the center
  6. Slice the hot links and pan fry them until heated through
  7. Cut a slit in the top of each potato and pinch them to open
  8. Add butter to each potato then mix and fluff the insides
  9. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, hot links and chives
  10. Enjoy!
