Ingredients:
- 1 (16oz) can of homestyle biscuits
- 4 links Mountain View Meats Maple Bacon Sausage
- Butter
- 8 Eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 8 slices of cheese
Instructions:
- Bake biscuits according to package instructions
- Slice the biscuits open and set aside
- Cut the maple bacon sausages on the bias, creating an elongated shape to fit biscuits
- Heat a nonstick pan, over med heat, add some butter and cook the sausages until heated through
- Place a couple slices of sausage on the bottom halves of each biscuit
- Wipe out pan and add some butter
- Whisk the eggs with salt and pour into the hot pan
- Drag the cooked edges toward the center and tilt the pan to fill the gaps with raw egg
- Cut and fold the egg to fit 8 biscuits
- Layer an egg on each sausage biscuit and top with a slice of cheese
- Place the top half of the biscuit
- Enjoy!
