Enjoy a delicious dinner in only 20 minutes!
Ingredients:
Your choice of Mountain View sausage
Your favorite vegetables, such as:
- Zucchini
- Asparagus
- Broccoli
- Sweet potatoes
- Green beans
- Brussels sprouts
- Grape tomatoes
- Onion
- Carrots
Minced garlic (to taste)
Olive oil
Italian spices (or a similar spice blend)
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400F.
While the oven is heating, prep and dice the veggie and slice up the Mountain View Sausage. Add these to a large baking sheet, then add minced garlic.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with the Italian spices, salt, and pepper. Carefully toss to coat the entire mixture with olive oil and spices.
Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
