Ingredients:
- Smoked sausage, sliced in rounds
- Zucchini, sliced
- Yellow squash, sliced
- Mushrooms, whole
- Bell peppers, chopped
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Paprika
- Grilling skewers
Instructions:
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Slice sausage and vegetables into similar-sized pieces for even cooking.
3. Add veggies to a bowl and lightly drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss to coat.
4. Thread sausage, zucchini, squash, mushrooms, and peppers onto skewers.
5. Grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and lightly charred and the sausage is heated through.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
