Sausage Croissant Melts

Ingredients:

  • Croissants
  • Cooked eggs
  • Mayo
  • Sliced cheese
  • Cooked bacon
  • Smoked sausage, sliced lengthwise
  • Toothpicks

 

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. Slice croissants in half and spread a thin layer of mayo inside each one.

3. Layer with cooked egg, cheese, cooked bacon, and sliced smoked sausage.

4. Close the croissants and secure with a toothpick if needed.

5. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the croissants are crispy and golden and the cheese is melted.

6. Serve warm for the perfect Mother’s Day brunch.
