Ingredients:
- 1 package frozen tater tots
- 2 Mountain View Meats Ghost Pepper Sausage links
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Chives, chopped
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425˚F and lightly oil each cup of a muffin pan
- Place 4-5 tater tots in each muffin cup
- Bake about 10 minutes, to soften the tots
- Dice 1 sausage link into small pieces and set aside
- Cut 1 sausage link into 12 slices and cook until browned, set aside
- Remove the tots from the oven and press them into the bottom and sides of each muffin cup
- Bake another 15 minutes until the tater tot cups are golden and crispy
- Add the chopped sausage and shredded cheese to each cup and bake about 5 minutes until melty
- Cool slightly, then top with sour cream, chives and a sausage slice
- Enjoy!
