Loaded Tater Tot Cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 package frozen tater tots
  • 2 Mountain View Meats Ghost Pepper Sausage links
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Chives, chopped

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425˚F and lightly oil each cup of a muffin pan
  2. Place 4-5 tater tots in each muffin cup
  3. Bake about 10 minutes, to soften the tots
  4. Dice 1 sausage link into small pieces and set aside
  5. Cut 1 sausage link into 12 slices and cook until browned, set aside
  6. Remove the tots from the oven and press them into the bottom and sides of each muffin cup
  7. Bake another 15 minutes until the tater tot cups are golden and crispy
  8. Add the chopped sausage and shredded cheese to each cup and bake about 5 minutes until melty
  9. Cool slightly, then top with sour cream, chives and a sausage slice
  10. Enjoy!
