Jalapeño Cheddar Pigs in a Blanke

Warning – these won’t last long!

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 packages Mountain View Meats Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage
  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent rolls

 

Easy Cheesy Dip

  • 10 oz can cheddar cheese condensed soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Fresh sliced jalapenos for garnish

 

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350° F

2. Lightly oil or place parchment in a cast iron skillet

3. Cut each sausage into 3 pieces, set aside

4. Unroll a can of crescent dough and separate into triangles

5. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise

6. Place a piece of sausage on the wide end of the dough and roll it up tight

7. Stand each sausage roll in your prepared skillet in a circle formation

8. Bake 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and dough is cooked through

 

Easy Cheesy Dip

1. Mix together condensed soup, sour cream, and cheese in a small saucepan over med heat

2. Stir until bubbly and heated through

3. Serve with the pigs in a blanket, sprinkled with jalapeños
