Slow Cooker Sausage & Pepper Supper


1 lb. Mountain View Cajun Andouille Sausage

1 – Red Pepper, Sliced

1 – Green Pepper, Sliced

1 – Yellow Pepper, Sliced

1 – Onion, Sliced

2 – 15 oz. cans of tomatoes, Diced

2 – Tbsp. Onion and Garlic Seasoning

4 – Cloves Garlic, Minced

Place all of the ingredients into a freezer bag and freeze. When ready to cook, place the thawed ingredients in a slow cooker on low heat for 4 hours. Serve over steamed rice or your choice of pasta.
