- 1 lb. Mountain View Cajun Andouille Sausage
- 1 – Red Pepper, Sliced
- 1 – Green Pepper, Sliced
- 1 – Yellow Pepper, Sliced
- 1 – Onion, Sliced
- 2 – 15 oz. cans of tomatoes, Diced
- 2 – Tbsp. Onion and Garlic Seasoning
- 4 – Cloves Garlic, Minced
Place all of the ingredients into a freezer bag and freeze.
When ready to cook, place the thawed ingredients in a slow cooker on low heat for 4 hours.
Serve over steamed rice or your choice of pasta.
