Sausage, Peppers, & Onions

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon of oil
• 16 oz Mountain View Meats Hot Link Sausage
• 1 medium onion, sliced
• 3 bell peppers, sliced
• Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Slice the hot links and add them to the skillet.

Cook until browned, remove from the pan, and set aside.

Add the onion and bell peppers.

Season with salt and pepper and cook until softened, about 10 minutes.

Add the sausage back to the pan and toss to combine.

Serve on buns, over rice, or eat as is.
