Celebrate Oktoberfest with this Mountain View recipe.
- One can of sauerkraut
- 1 yellow onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bay leaf
- 5 Mountain View Polish links
- 1 container of beef broth
- 5 hoagie buns
- Dijon mustard
Rinse and drain sauerkraut, then place in a pot with thinly sliced onion and bay leaf.
Place Mountain View Polish links on top of the onions.
Pour in 1 container of beef broth.
Cover pan and let cook over medium-high heat, then reduce to low for ten minutes.
Toast hoagie buns.
Remove bay leaf and strain the sauerkraut.
Add the sauerkraut and sausage to bun and top with Dijon mustard.
