The whole family will love this delicious side dish!
- 1 (32oz) package frozen diced hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 container sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ¾ melted butter
- 2 cups corn flakes cereal
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Stir together the first 5 ingredients and ½ cup of the butter until well blended. Spoon into a greased 2-3 quart baking dish.
Crush the cereal and stir in the remaining ¼ cup butter. Sprinkle over the potato mixture.
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
