Smoked Sausage and Creamy Macaroni & Cheese

Smoked sausage mac and cheese

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons of flour
  • 3 cups of whole milk (room temperature)
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of ground mustard
  • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon of paprika
  • 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 8 oz. Monterey jack cheese (grated)
  • 16 oz. elbow macaroni (cooked & drained)
  • 1 pkg. Queso Smoked Sausage (sliced)

 

Directions:

Melt the butter in a pot and whisk in flour.

Add milk and whisk constantly.

Add seasonings and grated cheeses.

Whisk together until smooth and creamy.

Add the cooked pasta and stir together until coated with sauce.

Add the sausages and mix in until warmed.

Serve & Enjoy!
