Ingredients:
- 1 package of Mountain View Jalapeno Sausages (sliced)
- ⅔ pound Egg noodles
- 1 cup frozen peas
- ½ cup baby carrots (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic (minced)
- Suggested Seasonings: Paprika, Granulated Garlic, Salt & Pepper ( all to taste)
Instructions
Fill a stock pot full of salted water, bring to a boil, and cook egg noodles according to the package directions and just before the al dente stage.
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large saute pan and warm the sausages until browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
In the same pan, add butter and olive oil to medium heat. Add carrots and cook until softened. Add garlic and cook for 1 – 2 minutes. Add frozen peas and heat.
Drain the egg noodles and mix into pan with vegetables. Return the sausage to the pan. Season with granulated garlic, salt & pepper, and paprika and let simmer together for a few minutes.
