
The perfect balance of tart cranberries and smoky sausage for all the festive flavor – with none of the fuss.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 lb. Mountain View Mild Smoked Sausages (Sliced)
- 1 can (14 oz.) jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 bottle (12 oz) chili sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- ½ tsp. black pepper
- Parsley for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
In a large skillet or saucepan on medium heat, stir together cranberry sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder and black pepper until smooth (about 5 minutes).
Stir in the sliced sausage, coating evenly. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer 15-20 minutes until sausages are heated through.
Transfer to a serving dish or slow cooker. Garnish with chopped parsley or rosemary if desired.
