
Make your holiday ham the star of Thanksgiving this year with our Honey Mustard Glazed Ham!
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F
In saucepan combine over medium heat the following ingredients:
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 cup dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon salted butter
Stir until sugar has dissolved and mixture is heated through then remove from heat.
Remove outer packaging and netting from MVMC boneless fully-cooked ham. Place ham in foil-lined pan then score the ham in a diamond pattern with knife, just cutting through the fat and skin. Bring foil up on all sides and seal. Place in oven and bake approximately 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
Remove ham from oven and carefully open foil and fold down. Brush glaze over ham with pastry brush, covering top and sides. (If glaze has thickened, place over low heat for just a few minutes) With foil folded down, place ham in oven and let bake 15-20 minutes, remove and glaze again and place back in oven another 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven. I usually let my ham rest about 30 minutes before slicing and it will be delicious!
