Ingredients
- 16 oz Queso smoked sausage (Mountain View Meats)
- 3/4 cup Shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
- 2 Green onions, thinly sliced
- Honey Dijon sauce for dipping (1 tbsp Dijon + 2 tbsp Mayo + 1 tbsp Honey)
Instructions
- Slice sausages into hasselback cuts—careful not to cut all the way through
- Stuff with cheese + green onion.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes or until melty and sizzling.
- Serve warm with honey Dijon for dipping
*Optional: skewer for easy grabbing
