Hasselback Queso Sausages — Thanksgiving Appetizer

 

Hasselback Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Queso smoked sausage (Mountain View Meats)
  • 3/4 cup Shredded cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 2 Green onions, thinly sliced
  • Honey Dijon sauce for dipping (1 tbsp Dijon + 2 tbsp Mayo + 1 tbsp Honey)

 

Instructions

  1. Slice sausages into hasselback cuts—careful not to cut all the way through
  2. Stuff with cheese + green onion.
  3. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10–12 minutes or until melty and sizzling.
  4. Serve warm with honey Dijon for dipping

*Optional: skewer for easy grabbing
