Ingredients:
- 7 cups of water
- 1 lemon, cut into 4 wedges
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 cloves garlic, smashed
- 3 tablespoons of Cajun seasoning
- 1 bay leaf
- 3/4 pound small potatoes, halved
- 2 ears corn, each cut into 4 pieces
- 1 package Mountain View Meats Hot Link Sausage, sliced
- 1 pound shrimp with tails on, deveined
Instructions:
Add water, lemons, onion, garlic, Cajun seasoning and bay leaf to a large pot.
Bring to a boil, add potatoes and cook about 10 minutes, until just fork tender.
Add the corn and sausage and cook another 5 minutes.
Add shrimp and cook about 2 minutes until pink.
Drain the broth.
Serve with lemon wedges, drizzle with butter and sprinkle with parsley.
