The perfect, no stress comfort meal.
Ingredients:
- 5-6 potatoes (thinly sliced)
- 1 package Mild Smoked Sausage, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1 cup heavy cream or half & half
- 1 t. paprika
- ½ t. garlic powder
- Salt & Pepper
- Green Onions (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
Slice potatoes + sausage
Mix cream with shredded cheese, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper
Layer potatoes and sausage in a baking dish.
Pour cream mixture over everything.
Add extra cheese on top.
Cover and bake 50 min, then uncover and bake 15-20 minutes more.
Garnish with green onions.
