Ingredients:
Cheese Sauce

16 oz Velveeta, cut into cubes
- 10oz can Rotel tomatoes
Pico de Gallo
- 3 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Nachos
- Tortilla chips
- Cheese sauce, from above
- Mountain View Meats Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage, sliced and pan fried
- Pico de Gallo, from above
- Sour cream
- Fresh jalapeño, sliced
Instructions:
Cheese Sauce
Combine Velveeta and tomatoes in saucepan over medium heat.
Heat and stir until melted.
Pico de Gallo
Combine all ingredients.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
Nachos
Layer tortilla chips, cheese sauce, Mountain View Meats Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage, and Pico de Gallo.
Top with sour cream and sliced jalapeño.
