Summer Sausage + Veggie Packs

With this recipe, the prep and clean-up are a breeze!

 

Ingredients:

Your choice of sliced Mountain View Sausage

Cubed potatoes

Green Beans

Corn, sliced into 2′ rounds

Garlic (to taste)

4 tablespoons melted butter

Paprika (to taste)

Salt and pepper (to taste)

 

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 425F OR fir up the grill to medium-high.

Coat 4-6 sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil with nonstick cooking spray.

Combine your choice of sliced Mountain View sausage, cubed potatoes, green beans, sliced corn, and garlic in a large mixing bowl.

Drizzle 4 T. melted butter over the mixture, and add a few dashes of paprika, salt, and pepper to taste. Toss until everything is well-coated with butter.

Divide the mixture evenly among prepared foil sheets, then wrap up and seal the foil tightly.

For the oven: bake foil packets on a sheet pan for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until vegetables are tender.

When grilling: over medium-high heat, grill foil packets for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until vegetables are tender.

Carefully open the foil packets to allow steam to escape. Top sausage and vegetables with fresh lemon and parmesan if you’re feeling fancy! ENJOY!
