Start with a Mountain View Hot Link.
Cut a strip in the middle of the link from tip to tip and remove the piece from the link.
Insert mozzarella cheese in to the cavity created from removing the strip.
Take 1/3 lb. of hot breakfast sausage and smash flat.
Wrap the sausage around the cheese stuffed link.
Wrap bacon around the sausage wrapped, cheese stuffed hot link.
Dust the meat creation with your choice of rib rub.
Baste liberally with homemade BBQ sauce.
Put in the smoker for 3 ½ hours.
